Dr Sevaratnaam had an immediate effect of calm and he explained my issues fully and his recommendations for next steps to check the cause of my symptoms and possible options for treatment. I had immediate faith and trust in his explanations and advice.

Dr Sarkhel was very efficient and flexible with appointments, which made it easier to go through the diagnosis process. I like that he takes a holistic approach to treatment - we don't just discuss medication during check ups, but additional external support like counseling and social activities. This is helping me to better manage my ADHD symptoms and capitalise on the boost the medication provides to create better habits. It's not easy, but having check ups on these additional factors helps me stay on track. His assistants are also great at sending appointment reminders and checking if you need rescheduling, which helps me remember how close it is and make any changes with better than notice than if I handled it on my own.

From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support.
