Great experience but ran late

I have been to Spire Bushey Hospital on several occasions and until now all I can say is that I am happy with the way I am treated.

I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the waiting area and facilities were spotless.

Clean and nice

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.

Excellent service, staff and building. No complaints

My experience with the staff and Mr Berber has been very good since day one, and I highly recommend to Mr Berber and the Royal Free Hospital to anyone who needs to see an Orthopedic specialist in the future.
