I was fortunate enough to be referred to Mr Platt when I began to have knee problems. He suggested a half knee replacement. Mr Platt was incredibly supportive throughout, going the extra mile to help me with several issues I had with the insurance company. At each consultation, he spent time explaining what would happen, pros and cons etc. I never felt rushed and he explained things really well, without being patronising. Early on, I had a lot of questions which I emailed to Mr Platt and I received a very detailed and considered response which exceeded my expectations. At the hospital he made himself available and I saw him straight after the op and each morning afterwards, so I felt that he really cared about me as a patient. He was always very cheerful and positive, listening and responding to each of my concerns, which he must have heard a thousand times, with patience and graciousness. As far as I can tell his work is superb as I had a great recovery and my life is significantly improved. I was happy with the number and frequency of follow up consultations I had, before I was discharged. I'd not hesitate to go back to Mr Platt in future and would recommend him to anyone having knee or hip issues.

Absolutely amazing Doctor and surgeon, made my daughter feel so at ease and no question was silly. I had a concern which was address so efficiently after surgery and I was reassured everything was normal and a follow up appointment was made sooner than planned to check up on the healing which went beautifully. Minimally Invasive Hip Replacement Surgery performed by Mr Krishnan. Excellent outcome, mobile a couple of days after the procedure and quite pain free. Cannot compliment enough Mr Krishnan’s excellent communication and bedside manner on top of his surgical expertise, it was a pleasure being treated by him.
