This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.

A wide ranging team of experts to cover ALL bases, relating to sports injury, prehab, rehab. A proactive approach to treatment and follow up.

All the staff members I interacted with were very polite and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet with a welcoming atmosphere.
