An incredibly supportive environment, staffed by highly competent and caring individuals.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Everything was brilliant. I particularly enjoyed my one to one counselling session. It really sank in with me....if you're allergic to peanuts you would avoid at all costs. Same with peneclin so why even try alcohol at all if it makes you so ill. This is what made me "get it". I will never be tempted to drink ever again now that has been put into perspective for me. Well done

I had very little interaction with Priory directly, but what I did have was positive.

I recently had the pleasure of using Harley Row Clinic’s online services, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. One aspect that stood out to me was the convenient payment structure. Splitting the cost into two payments for each assessment made it much more manageable for me financially. From the start, the person handling emails was incredibly polite and helpful. They provided comprehensive information without overwhelming me and always responded in a timely manner. This level of service was consistent and reassuring throughout my experience. After my session, I had a clear understanding of my ADHD diagnosis, what to do next, and a rough timeline.
