Excellent surgeon who, following diagnosing problem where others had not, operated ridding me of increasing, uncomfortable pain. Very happy that I was able to have the very experienced Mr Shamsi El Hasani as my surgeon. Would highly recommend his expertise as a surgeon & his professional informative & caring manner.

Dr Ramar was very kind and friendly throughout the procedure. Explained all the steps needed right from pre assessment ,on the day of surgery,pre surgery check up and post surgery check and also the the care is excellent. The after surgery check up was excellent. Infact I'm more happy

My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

From the Moment I met Prof Patel at our first consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. He explained the surgery that I required (whipple) in great detail and answered the questions that myself and my Wife had with great care and compassion and really made me feel a lot happier and comfortable as to what I should expect over the coming months. In hospital, the Prof once again demonstrated to me his passion for, just being one of the best at what he does. Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. I am recovering really well and have huge admiration respect and gratitude to Professor Ameet Patel, I thank you and all your team. Paul D

Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. Very pleasant and helpful doctor. I felt well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. Explained well and not rushed. I met Dr Mamidanna from my first procedure endoscopy about 2 years ago. He explained procedure and educated me about health life style and what can help me in future. 2024 he is my consultant. I thank God I saw him today as I was telling my sister yesterday Sunday that I wish I will see him to thank him. My appointment was Monday he called me in and he told me he saw me last time. I knew straight away who he was. Thank you for polite.

Intrusive, bossy, short in his manner. Insisted on another in-person follow up. Felt entitled to criticize (my moderate) alcohol intake and put notes on this in my medical letter: I was there to check a hernia tear, not get a moralistic lecture. I urge Mr Wan to reconsider his position as a service provider and also work on his communication skills and bedside manner.
