Feel very fortunate to have been operated on by Mr Casula, it is now 2 months post surgery (mitral valve repair, PFO closure) and I am feeling very well. I was referred to this doctor following a regular BUPA check up during which time I discussed experiencing occasional shortage of breath and some sensation of compression in my upper chest/lower throat. He explained carefully to me the possible causes and as a precaution recommended that I have a CT scan and MRI, after which he patiently and in simple language, explained to me the results.
