He explains clearly and is fully engaged, listening and understanding your concerns and or needs. There is never a rush. I have confidence in him and his extensive knowledge and experience to listen and trust his guidance.

Everything is always explained and always leave with lots of confidence on what's happened or what's going to happen.

Prof Shaw is excellent I have total faith in him,my prostate biopsy was painless and thankfully I don’t have cancer. Going forward if I ever did develop it he is the consultant I would be seeing. He is warm friendly and relaxed

Very experienced and decided to abort the procedure due to excessive blood loss rather than press on regardless. I have had better news than that when I awoke but can only praise his professionalism in making the decision
