I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest. A fantastic doctor. His friendly and welcoming attitude put me at ease from the first moments of my visit. Prof Andi had everything arranged so that we could review my X-rays together. After 15 minutes I had a clear understanding of the story told by my X-ray, even though I know nothing about medicine.
