The medical team, led by doctor Luca Sabatini was outstanding, they made me feel very confident and I trusted them fully for my surgery and post-surgery care. The facility felt more like a hotel rather than hospital, with food cooked by professional chefs, big rooms with own private bathroom and caring medical staff available at all times. Overall, my experience at Weymouth Street Hospital was highly positive and I am grateful for the great care I received. My experiences of OneWelbeck have been wholly positive. I have had several consultations, an MRI scan and surgery there and throughout it all I was welcomed by a friendly team who took time to explain things to me. Everyone that I have met there has been professional and friendly, and the whole experience made me feel in very safe hands.

Dad received outstanding professional care from the Royal Free and Dr Chauhan. The human connectedness and care added made all the difference to his healing and wellbeing. The only downside was the lack of climate adaptedness of the building, with Dad's room often far too hot during the hot summer days. The lack of windows for staff concerns me. Overall, we are extremely grateful for the amazing standard of care that Dad received, thank you.
