the consultation was useful but there was no follow-up booked as promised, and the PA was uncontactable moving forwards (either by phone or email). From previous reviews I can see this is not abnormal which is not reassuring for anyone moving forwards.

She was absolutely great. She explained what was about to happen and made me comfortable during the process. Eye treatment is always intrusive but Miss Sivagnanavel was excellent.

I had a very good experience with Doctor Wisam Muen. Initially the so called 'SMILE' surgery technique didn't yield the results we were expecting. Doctor Muen was very clear on explaining why the results weren't as expected and in preparing me for a followon surgery if I wanted to proceed with a touchup procedure using LASIK. Despite my concerns with the second procedure he put me at ease and helped my understand the potential benefits. I would go back to both OPTEGRA clinic and request Doctor Muen again without a thought. Even though it took some time to achieve what results I wanted, both him and his staff were very supportive through the journey and in the end we were successful! During my initial consultation Miss Saw identified some complications with my left eye. She ensured further tests were carried out where required, to ensure the surgery would be a success. During the surgeries she explained what was happening, as a result I felt at ease during the operations. She is very patient and was willing to answer all my questions and is very personable and has great people skills. Miss Saw provided excellent aftercare and is supported by a great team who made sure I was looked after extremely well during the whole procedure. I now have a “new set of eyes” and can see clearly, and colours are bright, and details are sharp.
