Even after the initial tests suggested a negative result for Myasthenia Gravis, he performed additional tests to fully confirm the diagnosis and ensure my peace of mind. He took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed my concerns with empathy and patience. Dr Mort asked pertinent questions and didn't limit them to the symptoms I was presenting. He enquired into my general health and lifestyle. He suggested several simple lifestyle and office changes which would help, reassured me that I had a known condition which was benign and sent a request to my GP to assist when I had an (unrelated to my query) attack. My relief at knowing what was wrong and the alterations to my life have, so far, kept the problem I went to him for, away, although the attacks I was getting were intermittent. I felt it was a very helpful consultation.
