Empathetic doctor, explained everything in a simple way

From the outset Dr Neil Srinivasan instilled confidence. I was treated as an individual with respect and empathy. Everything was explained clearly and any questions or concerns I had were addressed in full. He has never failed to meet my expectations of a top class Consultant, knowing that he would give me his support every step of my journey. I was referred to this doctor following a regular BUPA check up during which time I discussed experiencing occasional shortage of breath and some sensation of compression in my upper chest/lower throat. He explained carefully to me the possible causes and as a precaution recommended that I have a CT scan and MRI, after which he patiently and in simple language, explained to me the results.

I had an echcardiogram done by Dr Lo Monaco (It has taken me a while to come round to write this review, but he deserves the good feedback!). The Dr was very professional, friendly and his experience was evident. He easily identified all the points from an ECG I had received previously. When he performed the echocardiogram he took the time to explain what we were seeing (thankfully healthy) and managed to rule out conditions, and explain possible next steps. If I had to see a cardiologist I'd happily go back to see Dr Lo Monaco.

Dr. Jonathan Byrne, has been managing my condition since 2013 and that of my mother until her untimely death in August 2021. Dr. Byrne and private secretary Liz Ann Dean, have remain professional, friendly, efficient……. I trust their services and professional opinion 100%.

Prof Rinaldi has been looking after me for over ten years thanks to him I am well and alive thanks to him performing a difficult operation on my heart 3 years ago.

Dr Mehta has been great and has taken me through right clinical pathway to address my cardiac health with a specific need based approach to diagnosis and treatment options.

Dr Anne Griguer provided a very friendly and insightful approach to the procedures recommended. She was professional and thorough in her follow up and detailed in her explanations regarding the results.
