Mr Raghav was the best doctor I've ever had! He was so professional and kind in my appointments, and made me feel incredibly safe before and after my tonsillectomy. He called me every day for a week after the surgery to reassure me and let me ask any questions - I really appreciated that.

Mr Jayaram has treated my face, with multiple surgical procedures, including excisions of skin cancers (BCC & SCC) and an extensive (middle, tip, left and right side) nose excisions and reconstructive skin graft, using donor skin from my chest. The diagnosis, prognosis, options and potential outcomes, were all extensively offered and discussed with Mr Jayaram, with generous attention to detail, clarity and empathy along my patient journey. From the first time that I met with professor Ahmed Allam, he filled me with confidence and put me at ease. Once he had diagnosed me as having an inverted papilloma, he explained in detail what I had and how he would treat me. The surgery was a success and followed by post surgery care and follow up meetings. The surgery was life changing, I can breath now, I can taste and my hearing is improved and I don’t have constant headaches. I can not that professor allam enough for what he has done for me. Dr Ahmed is a brilliant doctor - in consultations, he always listened closely to my concerns and took me seriously, and would walk me through my options in a respectful and collaborative manner. It essentially feels like a collaborative consultation (e.g. I explain my issues, they investigate and my thoughts on xyz option were taken seriously) rather than a doctor who orders a patient to do xyz. I also underwent surgery with Dr Ahmed as well which was a resounding success - hence I think they're a fantastic doctor across the board (consultations, surgical skills, etc) and would wholly recommend to them to anyone whose looking for an ENT.
