The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

This clinic is fantastic. Found for child’s chickenpox jab. Immaculate clinic with friendly people. Great bedside manner of Dr Wells. Appointments always on time. Parking is easy. I’ll be doing all my private medical assessments and treatments here.
