Overall experience with Vera Clinic was first class, Great communication from the first consultation right through to the operation.

No real problems but as I was early they suggested I sit down & have a coffee - but the machine was broken! I have found the Saturday staff more friendly than those during the week

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

I really appreciate the friendly, helpful staff.
