Upon arriving at the hospital I was made to feel important and put at ease. The nursing team were very efficient and calming. Nothing was too much trouble. The theatre team came to see me along with the consultant, who reassured me that I was in good hands.

The whole experience at PGH was excellent. All the staff from the gentleman on reception at the front door on the morning of arrival, the nursing staff, the catering staff were all efficient, friendly and reassuring. I also need to say the food was excellent.

The procedure was carried out on the day and time booked with no hold ups.

Fertility team are very accomodating and kind. The atmosphere and services in the clinic is superb. I would highly recommend this clinic to my friends and colleagues.
