As a youngster of 55 to be in so much pain and having to be pushed round in a wheelchair at times was devastating so to see Mr Malek and be told he could replace my hips was amazing. His skills in theatre are such that he can replace a hip joint leaving only a 5 inch scar which healed beautifully. I consider myself lucky to have had him as my consultant
