Her care, attention to detail and expertise in making sure my operation, after care and recovery has been nothing short of outstanding and to the highest level. From detailed explanations and reassurance pre surgery, incredible care during surgery and impeccable aftercare post surgery, i have been incredibly grateful to Ms Uppal and her time she has given to making sure I have had the best care throughout this process. Ms Uppal has gone above and beyond in seeing my throughout, attending hand therapy sessions and taking the lead in post therapy, checking in to see how my recovery is and giving me a detailed step by step on what to expect in the weeks/months post surgery (reassuring me at the same time).
