From booking the appointment over the phone, Richard was courteous and accommodating. He freed up his admin day to see me as I was in dire pain. I arrived in severe pain and left smiling. Very knowledgeable in explaining how I can manage my migraines and much more helpful than my GP has been. I can actually see light at the end of the tunnel. The needling was pain free and the piercing was helped with numbing cream. 10/10 service!

Mr Chamma was friendly and respectful. He gave me a very detailed and clear explanation of my medical situation as well as the different treatment paths that I can now choose from. I couldn't have hoped for a more informative consultation.

Where do i begin, the care i have received from Miss Uppal has been outstanding. Her care, attention to detail and expertise in making sure my operation, after care and recovery has been nothing short of outstanding and to the highest level. From detailed explanations and reassurance pre surgery, incredible care during surgery and impeccable aftercare post surgery, i have been incredibly grateful to Ms Uppal and her time she has given to making sure I have had the best care throughout this process. Ms Uppal has gone above and beyond in seeing my throughout, attending hand therapy sessions and taking the lead in post therapy, checking in to see how my recovery is and giving me a detailed step by step on what to expect in the weeks/months post surgery (reassuring me at the same time).
