Completely professional & great physio.

I had an appointment booked for some Bloods at midday. I was maybe one or two minutes late but was still waiting at 12.20pm at which point i approached the desk to find that they were struggling to check my authorisation number despite me having emailed it to the booking administrator earlier, and despite sitting in the waiting room (so they could have asked me). When I finally went to see the nurse for the tests she didn’t a copy of the request form despite me having emailed it to the booking administrator the previous day. So a further delay whilst she went to ‘get the right tubes’. Please sort out the co-ordination between your departments

The facilities are excellent and well equipped and the attention is great. I would definitely recommend Cleveland Clinic London.

They were fine front desk could be a bit nicer but was clean and spacious
