Great experience but ran late

I did not use the hospital as such but the rooms where I saw Dr George were clean and welcoming.

It was as expected, but I didn't find the reception desk staff friendly which was slightly off putting.

I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

Short wait, consultant very thorough, spent time with us, explained everything he was trying to achieve.

An outstanding service! The administrative team arranged for my first consultation within 24 hours of my first contacting them. I then had the spinal injection within a week of first seeing Mr Aylott.
