Very friendly, explained the process of Prostatectomy in a professional manner. Mr Cahill managed to dampen my fear and apprehension about the surgery and assured me that he will do his utmost during the procedure to protect the nerves and lessen the post operation side effects on passing ruin and the sexual life. Day before the operation, Mr Cahill phoned and reassured me that I will be taken care of.

My life was miserable pre op, I was up in night and during the day based my movements on where the nearest toilet was. Since the operation my world has changed so much.
