Instils a feeling of confidence and reassurance as to the state of play and provides a path as to how to deal with any issues which may arise in the future.

The whole experience at PGH was excellent. All the staff from the gentleman on reception at the front door on the morning of arrival, the nursing staff, the catering staff were all efficient, friendly and reassuring. I also need to say the food was excellent.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, it was very easy to book in or change appointments and the Professor (Richard Cohen) and all the Nurses (Giulia Paccagnella) I dealt with provided excellent service and went above and beyond to be contactable
