The Chestnuts has been enormously helpful for me. The staff all have personal knowledge of the sort of difficulties we face, because they have been in just such difficulties themselves in the past. In my view, this makes a huge difference. There is an empathy and sympathy there which is, perhaps, lacking in some other places. More generally, I found that the broad organisation of the place encourages friendship and support between those who have gone there for help. I met many wonderful people. And the balance, I think, between this comradery and doing work (lessons, meetings, et c.) is got just right. I recommended without reservation. If you are finding things difficult, then for goodness' sake book yourself in, let them aid you as they do so well, and get back to the life you should have!

The Wellington was an excellent Hospital, excellent recovery from attentive high quality staff. Rooms and Food was of good quality.

The therapy has been amazing. I have felt as though I was always learning something new.

Nicole issue needs toberesolved. Caused many issues on ward. Distress to many patients and management repeatedly told but no adequate measures were put tin place. Processes need more efficient operationalisation. Staff were kind.

Very clear in communications, good timeliness. The patient portal is great for records, letters, uploading or receiving information and researching patient information. Staff clear and helpful.
