I had very little interaction with Priory directly, but what I did have was positive.

Dr Bloomfield is great to work with. He and his staff are all extremely kind and friendly. With their help I have managed to regain my life. I have always been supported when needed. And when in crisis have had the best help anyone could wish. Without this experience I would not be enjoying life in the way I am capable now.

My overall experience was fantastic as soon as I walked in I was instantly created with warmth. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was also seen to very quickly even though I arrived early.

Dr Datta was everything we could have hoped for - experienced, qualified, wise, compassionate and pragmatic.

Everybody from Held Health has been fantastic and very supportive during very challenging times in our family. They provided an amazing service, outstanding care and support. It was wonderful to be heard and listened to with compassion and genuine willingness to help. Thank you so much

Nicole issue needs toberesolved. Caused many issues on ward. Distress to many patients and management repeatedly told but no adequate measures were put tin place. Processes need more efficient operationalisation. Staff were kind.
