After enduring months of uncertainty regarding my health, Dr. Rakshi provided the clarity and reassurance that I desperately needed. It was evident from the start that I was in the hands of a true expert in the field. Dr. Rakshi's approach to my diagnosis was both methodical and compassionate. Understanding the anxiety that comes with a potential relapse of Myasthenia Gravis. Dr. Rakshi explained each step of the diagnostic process in detail. I appreciated how he laid out a clear plan, including the specific tests that would be conducted to either confirm if I still have MG or if I was treated following a surgical intervention removing my Thymoma. Within a few appointments, Dr. Rakshi had conducted the necessary tests with precision and care. He meticulously analyzed the results and, to my immense relief, was able to conclude that I have no evidence of Myasthenia Gravis. Throughout this process, Dr. Rakshi was transparent about his findings and ensured that I understood the implications of each test result. What truly impressed me was Dr. Rakshi’s dedication to leaving no stone unturned. Even after the initial tests suggested a negative result for Myasthenia Gravis, he performed additional tests to fully confirm the diagnosis and ensure my peace of mind. His thoroughness and attention to detail were unparalleled. Moreover, Dr. Rakshi’s compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills made a world of difference. He took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed my concerns with empathy and patience. I left his office feeling not only relieved but also empowered with a clear understanding of my health condition.

He provided a lot of information about my diagnosis, listed multiple available ways for treating and managing the condition, and answered all my questions thoughtfully and in detail. He is an exceptional professional with great bedside manner. I recommend him without reservation.

Dr. Kit Wu is outstandingly professional. Her questioning re my medical history was forensic and her grasp of my answers, instant. She combines professionalism with warmth and reassurance. Her explanations, both before the MRI she organised on my behalf and after she'd seen the result, were clear and easy to understand. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Dr Everitt was very nice, empathetic and explained everything very clearly. He took his time to go through everything in detail and made all necessary referrals.
