Mr Scawn explained everything in good understandable detail of what the procedure would involve, what to expect post-surgery regarding recovery and the expected long term outcome. Everything that was explained happened exactly as he had described. I was very nervous about the procedure, but he was very reassuring, and the procedure was completed without causing any distress at all. He is very caring, and professional and I couldnt be more pleased about the result. My eyesight is vastly improved, and now everything has healed you wouldnt even know that I have had surgery! I would highly recommend him for anyone considering Ptosis surgery.

Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. the consultation was useful but there was no follow-up booked as promised, and the PA was uncontactable moving forwards (either by phone or email). From previous reviews I can see this is not abnormal which is not reassuring for anyone moving forwards.
