Miss Lobo is the kindest, most considerate, empathic and knowledgable consultant that I have met in a long time. She inspired a huge amount of confidence and explained everything with clarity and sensitivity, taking her time and answering all my questions with respect and diligence. I find Mr Dani easy to get along with. I am kept well informed about my condition, whether the news is good or bad, and he is open to my questions to which I get straight answers. He is true to his word. If he says he will do something he does it and I appreciate that. I put my trust in his expertise for the operation I had and I understand it went well with no complications.

Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

Mr Withey listened to what I had to say and seemed to be generally concerned about my health, which was very reassuring

Being a NHS patient, I couldn't choose my surgeon, when I learnt it would be Ms Varghese I was over the moon! I immediately relaxed knowing that I would be in good hands. She has been wonderful, very thoughtful, attentive and kind in explaining the surgery and aftercare. I thankfully found Professor Vaidya as I wished to avoid having a full course of radiotherapy following a lumpectomy. Less than an hour after contacting him, he personally called me. Throughout this journey, he has always been professional, caring, supportive and answered every single question with total honesty. He with others, "pioneered" TARGET-IORT treatment and this is what I went had, having been identified as a suitable candidate. I have now been through successful surgery and I am convinced I have taken the very best course of treatment for me at this time with the personal support of Professor Vaidya and his team. I could not recommend him more highly.

I cannot fault the care I received from Dr Massannat. He is a kind and compassionate doctor that explained every step of the process after being diagnosed with breast cancer. He is extremely thorough and always went above and beyond to ensure I had the relevant tests and results before moving onto the next step of my treatment. Dr Massannat always explained everything in a way that I would understand and always took the time to ensure any of the questions I had were answered. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and ensured I was happy with any decisions I had made before moving forward. I will be forever grateful for the care I have received and him guiding me through treatment.
