The new and upgraded facilities are clearly an improvement, but represent a considerable investment. understandably, this investment needs to be repaid, but it is unfortunate that it comes at the cost of friendliness and patient care. The draconian and accusatory approach to patients who need to self-fund their treatment is not a good basis for a respectful and long-term relationship with patients and clinicians.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

Friendly Receptionist - asked about my day. That was nice. Friendly Nurse. However Nurses should explain why they take a urine sample and weigh you - there was no explanation on this. Short waiting time although not seen at my exact appointment time.

Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.

All staff were welcoming and friendly particularly the woman on the front desk who was very welcoming and able to direct us to where Dr George works. It was a positive first impression.
