My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

Very efficient pre-care with clear instruction and planning, very responsive and friendly team. Very efficient consultation and swift action after for treatment and a very thorough and pleasant experience whilst in hospital. Very good aftercare also. Great team.

I am very pleased with the treatment and after care received from Mr Bonanomi. he is very professional but at the same time has excellent people skills. Before the surgery he took time to explain everything, properly arranging everything from the pre op consultations to post op consultations in a very organised manner. A very skilled surgeon who preformed my complexed surgery successfully. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. I felt that he actually listened to my fears and treated me as a patient should be treated which in my experience with very qualified surgeons is a rarity.
