I don’t quite have the words to explain how thankful I am to Dr Bhalla. He has saved my career! I am cabin crew and was suffering from horrific pressure symptoms in my sinus when I was flying in my frontal sinus. I’d had previous FESS surgery with a ENT surgeon however this was unsuccessful. After an appointment with a different ENT I was referred to DR Bhalla. From the moment I met him I knew I’d made the right choice in surgeon. He was so positive during my appointments that he would be able to ‘fix’ me up and get me back flying and doing the job I love! I was so very doubtful due to the unsuccessful surgery I’d previously had and the anxiety that the sinusitis was giving me. Dr Bhalla really helped me not just through surgery but through a dark time of my life by being so positive and upbeat! He really gave me hope when I thought my flying career was over. He knew what he needed to do and I had 100% faith in him. I ended up having a more complex draf surgery to create large openings in my sinus to prevent air/mucus getting trapped thus giving me awful pressure pain. In all of my appointments Dr Bhalla thoroughly explained everything to me in simple terms so I could easily understand and he really put my mind at ease. Not only is he an absolute professional in his line of work, his bedside manner is second to none. He felt more of a friend by the end of my journey than my consultant! Even down to the day of my surgery he took my partners number to call him personally when the surgery was over to update him and keep my family informed. The surgery so far has been a success and I can’t begin to explain how happy I am to be back doing the job I love and flying anxiety free! Words can’t explain how thankful I am to Dr Bhalla and I really hope he reads this and knows how much he’s changed my life for the better! He’s been my absolute hero.

As soon as my daughter met Professor Bruce she wasn’t nervous and fully understand what was going to happen and why. On the day of her tonsillectomy he talked to us all ensuring we understand the next steps and my daughter was totally comfortable, the procedure and after care was wonderful and she is already almost fully recovered . Wonderful bedside manner, service and obviously very skilled. So glad that he was able to help my daughter and in such quick timescales can’t thank him enough

Professor Lloyd explained a lot of things about my condition that I didn’t know. He also made me aware that the procedure may or may not be successful

Dr Ghura was very attentive and did not try to rush me into making any decision regarding the removal of my BCC. I was shown photographs of previous operations to help me with my decision. He talked me through all the various stages of the operation and the recovery period afterwards. He made me feel at ease and I was able to make my decision to go ahead with the procedure feeling extremely well informed.

Mr Ghosh was excellent with everything. I couldn’t have asked for more. I would 100% recommend.

Dr Tsui Ling is one of the best doctor's I've seen. I'd visited several GPs and Dermatologists about my skin before I'd seen her, and was really starting to lose faith, and my self confidence. Nothing that I'd been previously prescribed had worked. She was friendly, straight to the point and diagnosed the issues immediately. The prescriptions she provided me with solved my issues within weeks. Couldn't recommend Dr Tsui Ling enough. If me, or any other family members need to see a Dermatologist regarding any skin problems, she'll be the first person we book with.
