Emily was amazing! Every time we spoke over video call it was like I’ve known for ages and could openly tell her my problems etc. she made me feel so relaxed and calm about my situation!

This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.

I’ve worked with A LOT of dieticians (unfortunately) and Maja is by far heads and shoulders above the rest. She’s kind and understanding, but also whip smart and knows exactly what she’s talking about. Couldn’t recommend Maja & the Bluebird Centre more.

Really impressed with Tom Ulset - super friendly and very data driven with clear goals and progression pathway. Weekly sessions kept me accountable and I received a level of care/performance plan beyond any previous physio experience I have had.
