The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and easy to find on Harley Street. The reception staff are very polite and professional, in person and over email.

They are kind and very approachable, they give good advice to improve your health. I would recommend them to anyone who feels that they have lost there self confidence after having a heart attack.

This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.
