Everyone was friendly and I didn’t have to wait long.

It just seemed like a clean and very efficient environment. There was never any sense of panic, or rush but things happened smoothly and on time. Reception is very efficient.

Parkside Hospital, now Nuffield Health Parkside has been my local hospital for many years and I have always found it extremely efficient.

I've had a few surgeries at the hospital and both times had to stay overnight. The service was absolutely fantastic.

As soon as I arrived, I received a warm welcome and was booked in without any issue. I was given directions on how to get to Mr Khan's consulting rooms and advised on wait time and what happens next.

All staff were very professional
