Having had various surgeries in the NHS this was my first time in private care. It was a very different experience. Calm, clean, quiet, friendly with excellent food. My room and facilities couldn't be faulted with lovely cared for plants outside the window. Everyone smiled and made me welcome. The surgery went well as well.

My stay at st Hugh’s hospital was wonderful. I found all my the staff kind and friendly. They went out of their way to help me feel safe and comfortable at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and always met with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hospital!
