I found Mr Elalfy to be a very personable man. Certainly very professional in his approach. The whole procedure was explained clearly in easy to understand terms - both the fors and againsts - putting me at my ease calming any nerves I might have had. Medications were also clearly explained. Mr Elalfy carried out the procedure again in a professional way and with explanations as and when required. Again very reassuring.

I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years and have very rarely come across anyone of Dr Aboshiha’s professional ability coupled with the kindness and consideration he showed me prior and during the procedure I had. He explained everything in detail, even mentioning that it was a possibility I might need a second operation. Thankfully this is not required, due to his skill. I can’t thank him enough. Many years ago a friend was at the time one of the examiners at the Royal College Surgeon’s. I remember him saying, he was able to train many students, but that only a few had the skill to perform in the manner of Mr Aboshiha.

The whole process from the initial meeting to the recent 3 month follow up has been faultless. Ms Khandwala has a lovely manner which made me feel at ease immediately.

Mr. Kasmiya was always courteous, kind and always put me at my ease. I consider myself very fortunate to have found him and to have him carry out my surgery.

Mr Qureshi was very polite and immediately put me at ease. He explained in detail what he intended to do,including the risks and possible complications. The procedure itself was carried out efficiently and throughout Mr Qureshi by his manner and obvious skill made the whole experience almost enjoyable. After months of frustration,I am very grateful to Mr Qureshi for improving my sight and allowing me to enjoy life again.
