Dr Ratheesh has been very helpful and thorough. He has arranged investigations quickly and kept me informed about what is going on. He has explained why he is asking for certain tests, and then explained what the results mean. He has referred me to a consultant and again explained what to expect. He has been proactive in letting me know what is happening. He has given me opportunities to ask questions & taken the time to answer and explain, I never once felt like he was rushing to get to the next patient. I'm very happy with my experience. Dr Pitcher was very patient and understanding in helping me get to bottom of my quite perplexing condition. He followed through on all avenues and was very clear on explaining what was happening at each stage, I could not recommend him more highly.
