Dr Pitcher is a fantastic doctor. I've had a constant sore throat for years and been to multiple specialists and GPs who were unable to help me, despite a multitude of scopes, scans and blood work. He was the first doctor to diagnose that I have Eosiniphilic Esophagitis (which is quite rare so many doctors don't know much about it) and has given me medication that has put me in remission after only three months of his care. He is thorough, listens carefully and never dismisses your concerns or symptoms and is super efficient with his treatment plan. You are in the best possible hands with Dr Pitcher and I feel very lucky to have found him.

Dr. Besherdas is an excellent doctor who really listened to me and put me at ease before my gastroscopy and colonoscopy. He banded my haemoroids as well. Both procedures were quick and painfree. He was kind enough to arrange the procedures within a week and his entire team was so supportive and reassuring. He has a good sense of humour as well which helps to relieve nerves before the procedures. I would highly recommend him for any gastroenterology related issues and procedures. It's a 5 🌟 from me ! At nearly 80 years of age, I was nervous about having a hernia operation. However, Mr Menenzes put me at ease with his friendly, empathetic matter and clear explanation of the procedure. I made a quick recovery with minimum discomfort which I attribute to Mr Menenzes's skill as a surgeon and the excellent care I received from the nursing staff at the Nuffield Hospital in Woking. I cannot thank Mr Menenzes enough for taking such excellent care of me.

Dr. Haycock performed the endoscopy excellently, and I experienced no discomfort or issues afterwards. He also provided clear explanations of the procedure and results.

I went to see Dr Gess very concerned with suspected inflammatory bowel disease. He immediately put me at ease, taking the time and effort to ensure he understood every aspect of my case and addressed all of my concerns, with great empathy. He was extremely thorough and efficient in getting to the bottom of my symptoms and ruling out anything serious. Throughout my (excellent) care, he was very engaging, clear and patient in explaining the course of action, procedures and results in as much detail as I needed, without me ever feeling rushed.  He always made me feel so comfortable, and his ability to “read the situation and patient” and act and respond accordingly was very accurate, and unique in my experience. I’ve suffered with symptoms since I was a child and have seen multiple doctors over the years, and Dr Gess was the first and only doctor to really help me understand my symptoms and how to best manage them. He really is a brilliant doctor with a wonderful manner, combined with a very high level of confidence, experience and knowledge, all which made me feel very reassured and for which I’m extremely grateful. Catherine, his lovely secretary, was equally outstanding in my dealings, with nothing too much trouble. She also manages his practice very efficiently too, ensuring an excellent experience overall.  I have great trust and respect for Dr Gess, who really stands-out as an exceptional example of his profession. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to see him again and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking help in his area of expertise.

Good had a quick visit before the proceedure. spoek tome after the proceedure but it was still a bit too soon to remember what he said. It would have been beter if he came and spoke to me after i had eater and got some energy after the procedure and I would have remembered better
