In 2020, on the recommendation of a friend, I installed a Howz remote monitoring system in the home of my elderly stepmother, who was physically frail though mentally fully alert. I live 35 miles away and couldn't visit every day, and it was helpful to have an unobtrusive way of being alerted to any departures from the normal daily routine. We used the system for almost four years, until my stepmother's final illness in late 2023, and it was a significant factor in enabling her to continue living in the family home as she wished rather than going into a care home. It was good value and I would use it again if the need arose.

This is my second time using Tranquil TMS having not needed treatment for 2 years. I'm so pleased it has worked as well this time as last time. It was great that I had somewhere to go before thIngs got worse and we could nip my poor mental health in the bud. I particularly think it is fantastic that they use mental health and nurses to do the treatment.

Lovely and friendly staff - very welcoming. Clean and well maintained facilities with lots of activities. A safe and fun environment.
