Excellent as usual

Dr McIndoe is always so lovely, professional, polite and always takes the time to ask how I’m doing in all aspects of my life. I feel completely at ease around him especially as I don’t particularly enjoy smear tests.

Good, but disappointed I didn’t get follow up after surgery

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

I recently visited Mr. Okaro for a consultation regarding my PCOS symptoms, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease. After my scan, he took the time to explain the results clearly and thoroughly. We agreed on a comprehensive plan of action moving forward, which made me feel optimistic and supported. I look forward to positive results and highly recommend Mr. Okaro to anyone with similar issues.

From the beginning of my treatment, Mr Minas took special care to guide me through a very complex surgery. He approached my treatment with care and empathy and I felt like I was in safe hands. He was extremely patient and answered my questions thoroughly yet in a way that was easy for me to understand. We felt very reassured from the first appointment with Dr Kunal. Dr Kunal explained my condition clearly without the complex medical jargon and the options available and their pros and cons which allowed us to choose the best option according to our preferences. My experience with Mr Vakharia has been excellent. I am someone who has not previously found engagement with medical professionals easy but Mr Vakharia put me at my ease from our first consultation. Everything was explained very well and I felt comfortable to ask questions. My surgery was complicated and Mr Vakharia and the team that he worked with did an excellent job achieving results that were beyond my expectations. The post operative care has been excellent so far too.

Mr Chilcott looked after me very well in the lead up to having our second baby, during the birth and also postpartum. My husband and I were very happy with the care I received. Mr Chilcott was always available to answer any questions or queries that I had. Would highly recommend.
