On 19th of March 2024 Professor Vassilis Hadjianastassiou performed a procedure on the veins in my left leg. The results have been amazing! I no longer get any pain and I have started to go on long walks which I love. My leg looks so much better aesthetically which makes such difference to me. He was very approachable and explained everything very clearly beforehand including careful after care instructions. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

My sleeve surgery in January 2018 went very well and, following his team’s clear advice, I have lost a third of my excess weight in 3 months. I only have one regret which is that I did not seek his advice years ago.
