I found the experience to be positive and professional, I'm disappointed that there has been no follow up to my consult though, so I will query this with my Bupa insurance and the secretary.

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff on reception. Beautifully clean. All areas smart and tidy. Apart from one all staff are a credit to the hospital. The hospital makes you feel very welcome and cared for.

I was very impressed by the caring and professional approach of the admin and medical teams at Optegra. After a cataract referral by Vision Express I had an assessment at Optegra 3 weeks later, RE cataract surgery 4 weeks after that and LE cataract surgery 8 weeks later. Result: restoration of very clear vision for which I'm very grateful.
