Dr Liantis has a wonderful, caring, and compassionate spirit. I feel so fortunate to have had him do my surgery. He truly cares for his patients.

The criticism is that I was put on the spot to make a rushed decision on the treatment. It would have been sensible to let me go away with the options of treatment and be able to discuss with my family and then make a decision. I found Andrew a simply excellent Surgeon. He uses cutting edge technology with tailor made ankle prosthetics. He explains very clearly what is involved and is with you every step of your journey. The operation for an ankle replacement at the Wellington was seamless. I was out 2 days later, pain free. There was minimal swelling and 2 months later you can hardly notice the scar. Due to the precision of Andrew's surgery and detailed follow-up Recovery Plan I am looking to return to my profession within 11 weeks of the operation.
