I saw Mr Selvadurai around 10 years ago with severe sinusitis and have recommended him to many friends and colleagues since. More recently, when my son developed ear problems, I was very keen to get him seen by Mr Selvadurai. Just as I recalled, he was again extremely kind and reassuring. I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest. The surgery was a success in the end and I'm so grateful for the improvements that have been made to my overall wellbeing!
