Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

Mr Razvi was clear and reassuring. He also fixed the errors of a previous gynaecologist for which I was very grateful. He listened well to my questions. An excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Dr Saggar is kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He has a great level of understanding across specialisms and he explains complex medical issues clearly. He is very easy to talk to and genuinely wants to help, including with very difficult situations. I’m so glad that we found him.

The whole family's concerns were addressed but at the centre was the patient and her concerns a truly exemplary consultation in every way. To take a case that had long been beyond the reach of NHS dogma; to deconstruct it and then elementally re-combine the components around a single evidence backed core explanation, was an absolute object lesson in how academic and free-thinking medicine can be conducted to the benefit of the patient, their family and support networks. This consultation was a masterclass in common sense practice triumphing over outdated concepts and barriers in thinking. We cant thank Dr Brennan enough for returning self belief and faith in herself back to our daughter.

Miss Evans was the wonderful - I cannot recommend her highly enough. Miss Evans was patient with me, took the time to explain and show me my situation and was sensible in next steps - something I was desperately seeking in a Doctor! Mr Khan is very helpful and inspires confidence with my condition. My recent appointment was via video link due to coronavirus and this was easy to manage.

Felt at ease and everyone made this experience so much easier than I was expecting. Dr. Louis is exceptional and the nursing staff were brilliant. What a great team.

Dr Simon Butler-Manuel was very personable and empathetic towards my condition. He was humble and clear, and ensured I fully understand the scope of my procedure. He made minimal incisions, avoided the need for stitches or staples which was preferred as to avoid scarring, and the next day following my operation he came by to give me a full breakdown of how my procedure went and what I can expect moving forward.

From the initial appointment, and examination to the operation and final evaluation, Mr Lippiatt has been both professional and understanding, whilst providing me with the confidence I needed to finally getting things done.
