Dr Lowe was able to access medical records and explained the results of investigations and tests in a way that was easily understood. He made a plan which made sense and we felt for the first time that someone was being proactive in managing the situation not just waiting for a catastrophic event. We had a clinic letter the next day and follow up arrangements were clear.

I can’t praise Dr Ramrakha highly enough he took time to understand why the presenting symptoms were occurring and not just looking at the heart symptoms. He was able to explain why those symptoms were happening and give a treatment plan. Something that should have been picked up from the GP.

Quite apart from his expertise as a top cardiologist Dr Chow is in my view the ultimate expert associated with pacemakers and all implanted cardiac devices and their technology
