Very good experience. Dr Sen explained things the whole way through, was understanding to my needs - afraid of needles. Post op appointment, time was taken to see how I was and next steps explained clearly.

It was quick and easy to get the appointment, the team were expert and helpful. Dr Lowe was able to access medical records and explained the results of investigations and tests in a way that was easily understood. He made a plan which made sense and we felt for the first time that someone was being proactive in managing the situation not just waiting for a catastrophic event. We had a clinic letter the next day and follow up arrangements were clear.
