All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and efficient. One improvement; when I made the first enquiry about attending I was told my details would be passed on and I'd be contacted, but after a few days I'd heard nothing and rang back to be told I was referred but the dept was busy. I should have had some contact before i needed to ring in to set expectations that there would be a delay in response.

The Clinic was fine and clean and tidy

I had a comfortable stay. The staff are very professional and friendly. I had very good care, even in the middle of the night. Everyone was very patient and I was very well cared for. The food was very lovely as well.

Very good but all the self closing doors do slam all the time and it is quite stressful when waiting at the reception and on first floor

Friendly staff , they couldn’t do enough for you . Physio was very knowledgeable and instructive . Food was excellent
