Concerning my heart problems, I saw 3 cardiologists and dr. Grosser’s analyses were more detailed and relevant. Also, he is the only one to have recommended 2 books (stress and diet) which shows that his knowledge is larger than cardiology, so better recommandations.

I was treated in a very personable way and explanation was very understandable.

Where possible, Dr Patel gave detailed and full explanations for his diagnosis and recommendations for future prescriptions and life style. On the impact of Ramucirumab, he openly admitted that he had little knowledge of the drug and it’s impact, but was soon able to confirm that it was of no known concern to heart failure patients.

Clear and concise explanation of a complex situation. Meetings (and/or) telephone appointments are arranged quickly (with an appropriate specialist if necessary) any recommendations are initiated at short lead times. My GP is updated as necessary. Dr Firoozi’s secretary is first class at organising these activities smoothly.

It is hard to say how the experience could be any better and am very pleased with all the help and advice in a very timely way.

Explimed the issues and potential solution with clarity

Dr Behar was very approachable and explained everything in a manner which was easy for a layman to understand. Dr Behar was very reassuring and and has a wonderful demeanor

Consultant Mr Gulati and his team. were very understanding and attentive explaining all aspects of the procedure before and after it was done. Mr Gulati also took the time to go that one step further by contacting my wife with regards to the outcome of the procedure

Dr Nijjer has been extremely tentative and thorough whilst treating me - he has the ability to reassure you at every stage and ensures you fully understand tests/ results and the impacts any issues could have on your life. I would strongly recommend Dr Nijjer - if I need any further cardio related treatment I will be using him.
